Handheld Ordering Terminal(HOT)

The HOT enables seamless wireless connection with the Server to provide enhanced customer service.

  • Improve Staff efficiency and Service level
Gone are the days where orders are taken with pen and paper, and where service staffs have to make multiple trips to the ordering terminals to key in the orders resulting in massive jam up at the cashier station.  With the HOT, order taking is now made a breeze as it allows orders to be taken and sent to the kitchen at the point of order taking, bringing about enhanced productivity.

Service call from customers or dish completion alert at the kitchen can also be picked up by the HOT via a beeping alert tone. This eliminates the need for service staff to make repeated trips to the kitchen to check for dish completion.

At the same time, menu item information at the server can be assessed wirelessly to answer queries raised by the customer, thus elevating service to a brand new level, which greatly increased the chances of customer returning to the restaurants to patronize again.
  • Help boost sales turnover
The faster service as a result of the HOT frees up more time for Service staff to offer more drinks or food, which help to increase sales turnover.
  • Reduce Labor cost
Fewer service staff is now needed as more tables can now be served with fewer staffs.
  • Reduce entry errors
With the elimination of the process of transferring order information from paper to ordering terminal, entries error can therefore be reduced.
  • Strong and Robust Design
The robust body design provides the HOT with the ability to sustain shock due to accidental droppage. This protection is neccessary for F&B environment where Service staff are constantly exposed to oil and water.
  • Long battery life
The enhanced power management feature delivers exceptional long hours of operation, which essentially eliminates interuption to operation due to low battery level.
  • Reliable Wi-Fi communication
The Wi-Fi connections are maintained even during "sleep mode", which provides power saving as well as ensuring fast Wi-Fi roaming across access points.
